I ordered the “1 Mom’s Love” deluxe arrangement from Shirley’s Flowers for my wife for Mother’s Day. The flowers were beautiful overall, and my wife absolutely loved them. The arrangement looked fresh and was put together nicely. However, I was disappointed in the overall size of the arrangement, as I expected it to be larger for the price. I also noticed by this morning that one of the purple flowers had already died, which was disappointing considering the premium cost. Just my expectations. Overall, the flowers were pretty and made my wife happy! That’s all that matters…

I purchased a memorial basket for the death of my mother 2 weeks prior to her service - I requested bubble gum carnations with accents of purple. When I picked her flowers up, the arrangement wasn’t close to what was pictured online or what I requested for her service. Some flowers are wilted and there is more greenery than flowers. When I asked where the carnations were, I was told they ran out. If you’re going to be in the service of memorializing someone’s life, represent it as requested or say you can’t. $150 + down the drain to then spend the day searching for the flowers I wanted for my mom.

Shirley's Flower Studio really came thru. There was a mishap in delivery due to many unforseen factors & Shirley's made good. I am a very satisfied customer & would use this flower studio again. The flowers were gorgeous! Thank you for making the recipient very happy with the Cheerful Day arrangement!

I requested pink and black flowers for Valentine's. And specified I didn't want any roses. They didn't have any black and asked if purple was acceptable. It was, but I should have cancelled the order there. They included roses and white flowers, specifically against my wishes. The arrangement was decent, and the lady liked it. But when I asked to keep it under a certain budget, they didn't factor the delivery into the price either. I will not be purchasing from them again. Edit: They called me numerous times to try to make things right, so I added another star. They do care at least, but they can't make things right for me, since Valentine's Day only happens once per year. I don't want my money back, they provided a service, and it wasn't what I wanted. They'll probably make you happy though. Edit 2: they refunded my money anyway even though I specified I did not want it back. It is bordering on harassment now, because they've called me numerous times, texted me, contacted me through Instagram. It *can not* be made right. The arrangement was nice, but not what I wanted for my lady, I think she deserved better.

Fantastic experience!! Highly recommended! I called shortly after they opened at 8am and asked about same-day delivery... she was incredibly helpful and assured me that was no problem! We chatted for a few minutes about what I had in mind, and she crafted a beautiful bouquet and had it delivered by 11am the same day! Thank you so much!!
